Excellent location, 2 mins walk to the main station. Quiet street, despite the proximity to the main station. Friendly staff. Able to store bags after check-out, this hotel also has a bit earlier check-in than usual (2PM, typically 3PM is the industry standard) which is nice. There was to my surprise an entire 5-seat couch in my room, nice to just chill with the laptop for a bit.

The breakfast was amazing, I absolutely loved it. I had scrambled eggs, a pretzel, tomatoes, cucumber, and rooibos tea. The decor of the lobby, restaurant, and rooms is really creative and attractive. Love the bell lights.

The location was perfect for sightseeing, about a 15 minute walk to the main sights and literally over the road from the train station. It is just on the boarder of the ‘not so nice part’ but this wasn’t an issue as you turn right out of the hotel to town rather than left. We had a large double room which was a good size and bathroom was ample with large shower. The beds were very comfortable and loved all the quirky alpine features including the cable car style lift. There is a bar in the reception where you can get a drink or a coffee. Would definitely stay here again. Check out time was also good (11am) so no rush on the morning you leave and staff were helpful. Our flight wasn’t until the evening so could leave luggage there safely whilst we explored Munich.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable with an excellent bathroom. The sound proofing was good and the retractable blinds were great. All the staff were excellent and really helpful. Really liked the overall design of the hotel. We didn't have breakfast but the free water was a great idea and very welcome.

This was a great and quirky place to stay, very close to the main train station and to all forms of transport. The decor was amazing - very well considered and amusing without being kitsch or over the top. The bed was comfy, we had proper pillows and slept very well. Breakfast was good value for the price. There is also a laundromat less than a block away which was very convenient. (Please note: This hotel does not accept cash for any kind of payment so come prepared to pay for everything on your card.)

Loved the staff, atmosphere and location. Staff were really kind and thoughtful. The ambience in the general areas was also really fantastic. Breakfast was great value for money and delicious. Location is honestly amazing. Easy for both general Munich access and access to inter-city trains.

Everything was just amazing: the whole concept of the hotel, the friendly staff, amazing breakfast. The motto of the hotel: check in, chill out, and we definitely felt this way. Really comfy beds. The windows are to the inner yard, so it's not loudy. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Munich.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The side street that the hotel is on felt very safe and was quiet. Some of the streets closer to the train station didn't feel as safe, but all in all, a great place to stay. You could walk anywhere you wanted to go. The Alpine/Bavarian theme was very fun. The bar service and outside patio was a great place to sit and relax. Good parking.
